Experience and expertise
Ben Long has split his life between Idaho and Montana. After more than a decade as a journalist, he opened the first field office for Resource Media in 2001 and his primary focus has been conservation of public land, water and wildlife habitat in the western United States and Canada. He is an avid outdoorsman and lives with his family near Glacier National Park.
Highlights and background
Ben has provided communications strategies to scores of conservation campaigns, contributing to the permanent conservation of more than 1.5 million acres. He has won regional awards for his work in journalism, human rights and conservation, including the Outstanding Conservation Leadership Award from the Wilburforce Foundation.
