Right now, real service is needed more than lip service.
Resource Media is focused on using our time, resources, and channels to amplify the voices of those on the front lines defending Black lives and confronting pervasive police violence. As a majority-BIPOC staff, we are centering the needs of our Black colleagues and staff of color. This looks like shifting workloads, creating spaces to process and grieve, and providing more flexibility in work schedules so staff can attend protests and care for themselves and other community members. We are also escalating our organizational commitments to dismantle the pandemic of white supremacy. Black lives matter, today and always.
